According to the official tasting notes, Bourye offers aromatic notes of Honeycrisp apples, caramelized peaches, and honey butter on waffles. The palate delivers maple-glazed donuts, candied orange peel, and seasoned oak, finishing with fresh yellow nectarines and a gradually building rye spice.
