Volans Blanco Tequila is the purest form of our small-batch premium tequilas. Our Blanco is handcrafted from estate-matured Blue Weber Agaves, showcasing flavors of sweet agave, citrus fruit, and minerals with a complexity that is both unique to El Pandillo and to Volans Tequila.

On the nose: fresh floral notes layered with vegetal and herbal aromas. 

On the palate: a rich and satisfying mouthfeel that brings luscious notes of sweet cooked agave, minerals, notes of citrus, and hints of black pepper. 

Finish: An endless clean finish steeped in citrus and earthy notes.
